Cascadia Elementary & Robert Eagle Staff Middle Schools

The existing Wilson-Pacific buildings were demolished to make way for a new campus honoring Robert Eagle Staff, featuring Cascadia Elementary, Robert Eagle Staff Middle School, and Licton Springs K-8. Built on a 17-acre site, the schools share an athletic field accessible to the local parks department. Native American murals by artist Andrew Morrison were preserved and reinstalled on the new buildings. Constructed with precast concrete panels, fiber cement walls, fiberglass glazing, and multi-ply membrane roofing, the schools incorporate energy-efficient features like daylighting, fiberglass windows, LED lighting, low-maintenance systems, and a synthetic turf field.
