The Yard is a stand-alone facility and is the sixth building to join the office park which was originally developed in 1984 on the 15-acre site. It features indoor and outdoor community space, a state-of-the-art fitness center with onsite locker rooms, a high-end multi-purpose space for conferences and gatherings, and a café operated by Walla Walla Farms. The development activates the campus and brings a sense of community to the properties without disrupting the flow of the existing Class A properties and tenants.
