It includes two main auditoriums; a Concert Hall and a Recital Hall. Virtually every room in the building is fitted with acoustic panels, carpet, tile and wood flooring. One of the major challenges was starting the project in October, which posed significant winter weather challenges.

This Music Facility has many roof lines and an exterior of insulated metal panels, 1/8 aluminum anodized siding, brick veneer and glass. The interior finishes are extremely high-end with acoustic wall panels, sail walls, neon lighting, suspended ceiling clouds and sloped floors. It will be the state of the art music building with multiple auditoriums in the state.

Lydig later completed a $5 million addition to this project.
