The 400- bed residence hall provides a variety of spaces, including bedroom suites, shared common areas, laundry facility, community kitchens, and study spaces. In addition, the building is home to support areas, including office space for staff, storage, bike storage, and custodial area. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
