The $18 million project was designed to incorporate the natural beauty and strength of the community it serves. The new center serves as a community meeting point and features regional and statewide conventions, trade and consumer events, corporate meetings, training seminars, as well as social and cultural events.

The Three Rivers Convention Center received a Special Mention award at the Spokane Regional AIA Design Awards.
